What Is AcuDetox?
AcuDetox (also known as the NADA protocol) is a standardized, 5-point ear acupuncture treatment that has been used for decades to support:

The treatment involves placing small, sterile needles in specific points of the ear while you rest quietly for about 30–45 minutes.
What to Expect
Each session is designed to be calm, simple, and restorative.
Brief grounding or check-in
Gentle placement of ear acupuncture needles
30–45 minutes of quiet rest (seated or lying down)
Optional guided meditation or sound support
Closing and transition
No talking is required during the treatment portion—this is a space to simply rest.
