What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that helps you:

  • Build awareness of your emotional and behavioral patterns

  • Strengthen your ability to regulate stress and overwhelm

  • Develop clarity, direction, and personal alignment

  • Stay accountable to your growth

Unlike therapy, coaching does not involve diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, or insurance billing.

  • $120 per session

Packages (recommended for consistency):

  • 4 sessions: $440

  • Involve insurance reimbursement
